People wonder why our stew meat is different from all the others... It's ONLY cut from LEAN, fresh, never frozen, full muscle cuts, beef with NO PRESERVATIVES or CHEMICALS. There's only 1 ingredient: BEEF, that is cut here at Wild Country, by one of our local butchers, from cattle that have been born, raised, grain fed, and slaughtered in the USA. This package weighs approximately 16 ounces and meets the Gabriel family specs for your dinner table.

You'll find that our stew meat is extremely lean and tender. Cut mostly from the top round and lean steak trimmings.
